Commercial Offerings
The Village of Winneconne is also a regional finance center, home to 3 banks plus other diversified financial and insurance services. Winneconne's Village Board of Trustees together with the Village Industrial Development Board have planned carefully and well to provide for the community's growth and welfare.
The Village of Winneconne Industrial Park is approximately 77 acres and is located off of Grant Street. The Village has designed a landscaped berm to separate residential from industrial.
Expansion Programs
The Village of Winneconne welcomes and encourages business expansion and industrial development within the Village. We stand ready to assist your business in obtaining financial assistance to build or expand through such programs as:
- Business Development Loan Program which encourages commercial and industrial development within the Village for the purpose of job creation and job retention. Loan amounts are based on availability of local program funds. Eligible activities include the acquisition of land, construction of buildings and improvements, and the acquisition of fixed equipment.
- Various Other Programs in which the Village of Winneconne will act as a facilitator with agencies such as the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and other agencies to help businesses obtain financial assistance.
