Parking citations are reviewable only when application for review is filed within ten (10) days of issuance. 
The following matters are NOT reviewable:
  • Claims of being unaware of State Statutes or Municipal Ordinances
  • Inability to pay/other financial circumstances
  • Lost or misplaced ticket
  • Failure to receive notices due to incorrect/out-of-date address listing with the Dept of Transportation
  • Failure to remove or cancel license plates prior to selling a vehicle
  • Parking in HANDICAP ACCESS stalls (yellow striped area)

No, for proper disposal of ammunition, please take any to your nearest gun or ammunition store.

Your registration may be suspended due to an unpaid parking ticket. Please contact our office at pdclerk@winneconnewi.gov or call (920) 582-9944 for further assistance.

You may also pay any outstanding parking tickets by visiting PayGOV.us. Please ensure you choose Village of Winneconne Police as your payment recipient.

Due to very limited storage, we ask that all toy or clothing donations be held until the months of November and December.
However, we gratefully accept any of the following year-round:
  • monetary gift donations
  • gift wrap
  • gift boxes
  • packing tape
  • Scotch tape
  • tissue paper
  • gift wrapping stickered labels
All donations are used exclusively to support Christmas Crusade sponsored families.

Violations most commonly committed are:

  • parking an unattached trailer on the street
  • parking during snow emergencies or heavy snowfall when plows are actively clearing streets 
  • temporary parking restrictions for special events
