Dog Licensing Requirements
All dogs kept in the Village of Winneconne must have a valid dog license. Dogs without a current license may be picked up and impounded.
The State of Wisconsin requires proof of rabies vaccination before a license can be issued. Proof must include:
- Vaccination date
- Expiration date
- Manufacturer’s name
- Serial number
- Puppy: $4.00
- Spayed or neutered dog: $10.00
- Unspayed or unneutered dog: $20.00
- Late fee after April 1: $5.00
Complete the dog license application form and return it with the appropriate payment made payable to the Village of Winneconne.
If submitting by mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope so the license can be returned to you.
